Registration Information

Your registration fee includes

  • Access to all sessions and commercial exhibition for both days

  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, with beverages on both days

  • Access to all presentation material

  • Entrance to the Symposium Networking event on Saturday evening (includes with an alcoholic beverage on arrival, finger food and a cash bar)

  • Certificate of attendance for CME/CPD

  • Registration does not include, accommodation or events not organised by the Summit Committee

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Places are limited

  2. Your place at the symposium is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

  • Cancellations received in writing before 1 October 2025 will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of $25.00 inc GST. Cancellations received after that date will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail, and any such refund is solely at the discretion of the organisers.

  • Cancellation charges and administration fees will be incurred, and payment will be sought regardless of whether your attendance costs have been paid at the time of your cancellation. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the event managers of any name changes.

  • Shared registrations are not permitted.
